An SC bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa heard the case of transfer of land of a private housing society in which the DHA’s lawyer gave arguments in the court.
The DHA lawyer said that DHA gives plots to the heirs of martyrs and injured in the war. Justice Irfan Saadat questioned on this whether DHA works only for martyrs. The CJP added that they have seen this game many times as there are three main characters in this case — Pervez Musharraf, Parvez Elahi and a private housing society, and remarked these are the real owners of Pakistan.
