KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain said the country's current situation had increased his apprehensions and this might lead to political martyrdoms in the near future. This would give rise to even more complications in the country, he asserted.

Commenting on the current disturbing political situation developing in the country, Altaf said he had been appealing to all stakeholders to show patience and restraint and work towards mutual understanding to pull the country out of the current crises and difficulties. He further said confrontation in the country must be avoided at all costs.

Altaf said it was his sincere advice to all stakeholders – whether from the government or any other institution – to avoid aggravating the situation. They should not only think over it seriously, but also take positive steps to redeem the situation, he added.

End.

Altaf Bhai's Advice

What an advice from a "top-class" leader . What he is saying is nothing beyond a universal truth, which can be uttered by any ordinary citizen. Dear bhai sahib, come up with some solid comment on the situation, and spell out what is the root cause and what is remedy in your opinion. Can you do that, while leaving aside your diplomacy, and political hypocracy.... ??
