ISLAMABAD: Munir A Malik President Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) has said police knows every thing who has manhandled suspended chief justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.

He said in his exclusive telephonic talk with Online here Thursday.

They were the senior police officers who arrested those who manhandled the dysfunctional chief justice of Pakistan and later took them to Balochistan. They now are making abortive attempt to prove them innocent by giving the statements that they were not involved in the incident.

It is a settled thing that lawyers had not arrested the non functional chief justice and it was police which arrested him and roughed him up, he underlined.

Replying to a question he said Judge of Peshawar High Court justice Ejaz Afzal Hussain was holding inquiry into the incident of maltreatment with the inactive chief justice. He will also ask question from the dysfunctional chief justice of Pakistan about manhandling. Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry will not record any statement before the judicial inquiry tribunal in this regard nor he will give reply to any question.
