KARACHI: Nishat Mills Limited (NML), textile giant and stock listed company signed agreement with AES Pakistan Holdco Limited to acquire substantial majority shareholdings in two of its companies.

AED Pakistan Holdco Limited, registered in Cayman Islands – a British overseas terrority locted in Western Caribben Sea owns AES Lalpir (Private) Limited AES Thermal Power Station and AES Pak Gen (Private) AES Thermal Power Station in Mahmoodkot in District Muzaffargarh Punjab..

NML announced its agreemnt with AES Holding here on Monday at Karachi Stock Exchange.
