KABUL, January 03 (Online): Afghan government has signed an agreement with the Non Government Organisations (NGOs) for building official building in Afghanistan.
According to Radio Tehran, over $320 millions were needed to build official buildings throughout Afghanistan.
It further adds that donor countries have given only $55 million assistance to Afghanistan.
Meanwhile Britain, Japan and Holland have assisted Afghanistan as compared to other donor countries in this regard.
