Heading Who would dtermine fair elections?

Comments PPP considers elections fair only when itwins. In present circumstances PPP has made little preparations to go to the polls. In Sindh MQM has a solid base. MMA might also grab a few seats Nobody will have majority. If BB goes to jail at arrval that will seal the fate of PPP.
