Balochistan and US resolution

On 17th of February,2012, Dana Rohrabacher (he is Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations) presented a bill in the US House of Representatives calling upon Pakistan to "recognise the right to self-determination for Balochistan".
The main theme of that resolution is to bring the world, mainly US focus over deteriorating law and order situation in Balochistan. The Pakistan's Foreign Office termed the bill as a 'highly irresponsible attitude'.
