Afghanistan declares day of mourning after university terrorist attack

KABUL: In Afghanistan, government declared today (Tuesday) as a national mourning day to pay tribute for the victims who lost their lives in a terrorist attack at Kabul University.

Presidential Palace in a statement said that special praying will be held at the mosques across the country and national flags will be half-hoisted at home and Afghan diplomatic missions abroad.

Earlier, at least 19 people were killed and 22 others injured in a deadly attack in the country's capital Kabul University yesterday.
