England beat Australia by 24 runs in 2nd ODI

MANCHESTER: In the second one-day International cricket match of three match series, England beat Australia by 24 runs at Manchester on Sunday night.

Earlier, England won the toss and elected to bat first and set a victory target for Australia 232 for the loss of 9 wickets in allotted 50 overs.

In reply, Australia were all out 207 in 48.4 overs.

Three match series level 1-1. Last and final match will be played at Manchester on Wednesday.
