Govt spending Rs. 26b on promotion of sports in KP

PESHAWAR: The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is spending twenty-six billion rupees on the promotion of sports in the province.

According to a press release issued by Sport Department in Peshawar today (Wednesday), the government has devised a comprehensive plan to resume the sports activities.

Similarly, the government is also providing monthly stipend to the winners of 33rd National Games.

The government has also decided to hire the services of thirty coaches to provide quality training in sports sector to the players in different games.
