Govt taking steps in connection with ease of doing business in country: President

ISLAMABAD: President Dr. Arif Alvi says the incumbent government is taking adequate measures in connection with ease of doing business in the country.

Addressing a ceremony of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce Achievement Awards in Islamabad, he said despite the Coronavirus pandemic and heavy odds, the government is striving to stabilize the national institutions.

The President said development of institutions leads to improved economic situation of the country.

He said due to lucrative packages of the government, our stock exchange has been declared as stable and people of the world are recognizing it. 

Speaking on the occasion Adviser on Commerce Abdul Razak Dawood said the government has taken several steps to ensure ease of doing business in the country which will lead to increasing exports.

He said the government is also focusing on Look Africa Policy to increase Pakistan's exports to this larger market.
