Shibli stresses for timely completion of Pindigheb-Jand-Kohat Highway
KOHAT: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Shibli Faraz has said the government is attaching great importance to the construction of National Highways and Motorways in the country.
During his inspection tour to the Pindi Gheb-Jand-Kohat Highway project, Shibli Faraz stressed upon the timely and quality construction of the road and said the roads play vital role in socio-economic development of the country.
He said the project would help to generate new economic activities in the area with improvement of transportation facilities.
He was accompanied by Chairman Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir Shehryar Khan Afrid.
National Highway Authority General Manager Murshid Amin Khattak briefed the minister over the construction activity of the project.
