ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has directed that the performance of all federal ministries and divisions be evaluated every two months, in a move aimed at enhancing efficiency and ensuring results-driven governance across Pakistan.
Chairing a high-level meeting, the prime minister stressed that the new evaluation system will focus on measurable outcomes and the timely impHUHDFo submit detailed performance reports, which will be assessed against pre-defined goals and benchmarks.
PM Shehbaz stated that competent and hardworking officers will be recognized and rewarded, while those showing negligence or inefficiency will face strict accountability. He further emphasized that service to the public must remain the core objective of all government institutions.
The prime minister also underscored the importance of transparency, directing ministries to maintain open communication and provide regular updates to the public on their progress.
