PESHAWAR: The Supreme Court on Monday suspended the Peshawar High Court’s (PHC) verdict denying the Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC)
ISLAMABAD: Law Minister Farogh Nasim and Advisor on Interior and Accountability Shahzad Akbar called on Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad today (Tuesday).
During the meeting, they discussed important legal and constitutional matters, way forward for resolution of problems, and future strategy.
The Prime Minister was apprised about the strategy for taking court cases to their logical conclusion in a swift and prompt manner.
Farogh Nasim briefed the Prime Minister that 99.5 percent cases received by the Law Ministry have been disposed of. He said 100 cases are being deposed of on daily basis.
The Prime Minister appreciated the pace of concluding court cases.
