China reiterates resolving Kashmir issue in according with UN Charter, UNSC resolutions
BEIJING: China has called for peaceful resolution of Kashmir issue in accordance with the United Nations Charter and Security Council resolutions.
In a statement, Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson, said the peaceful coexistence was of paramount importance for regional peace, stability and development in South Asia.
Referring to recent escalations on line of control, he urged both India and Pakistan to exercise restraint and resolve differences through dialogue, to safeguard regional peace and stability.
