CM Balochistan takes notice for outbreak new kind of typhoid
QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan Jam Kamal Khan has taken notice of outbreak of a new type of Typhoid fever in the province and sought a complete report from the health department in this regard.
In a statement issued in Quetta, he directed the concerned authorities to take concrete steps to prevent the spread of disease immediately.
The Chief Minister also instructed to launch a public awareness campaign on the Extensively Drug-Resistant (XDR) kind of Typhoid fever across the province including provincial capital Quetta.
