The Minister said the government's desire for negotiations with the opposition should not be taken as its weakness.

Ghulam Sarwar Khan said holding public gatherings is a right of the opposition parties, but it could lead to faster spread of the pandemic.

He said if the Prime Minister has asked the opposition to suspend its public gatherings for two to three months; it is because of the public interest in view of the Coronavirus pandemic.
