Govt taking steps to strengthen healthcare system across KP: CM
PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan says the government is taking concrete steps to strengthen the healthcare system across the province.
Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar, he assured that the government will provide all the financial resources in this regard on priority basis.
He directed the concerned authorities to provide quality healthcare services to the people at their doorsteps.
It was decided in the meeting to hire doctors and other health professionals on adhoc and contract basis to cope with the shortage of doctors.
