Iran’s Supreme Leader rejects talks with U.S. over missile, nuclear programmes

TEHRAN: Iran has ruled out negotiations with the United States over its ballistic missile and nuclear programmes.

Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei in a speech broadcast live on television today said the US sanctions on Iran are aimed at collapsing our economy.

He urged Iranians to resist the US pressure and said that relying on national capabilities and cutting our dependence on oil exports will help us to resist America’s pressure.
