NAB recovered Rs.390b during tenure of PTI’s Govt, Senate told

ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Muhammad Khan says National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has recovered 390 billion rupees during tenure of PTI’s government.

Responding to a question during the Question Hour in the House, he said over 480 billion rupees in last ten years were recovered by the Bureau. He said incumbent government has set free all accountability institutions to operate independently.

To another question, he said members of Tiger Force are rendering volunteer services with the coordination of district administrations.

The Minister of State said Tiger Force played a pivotal role to control the spread of coronavirus in the country.

The House offered fateha for the departed soul of former Member of the National Assembly and Jamaat-e-Islami leader Hafiz Salman Butt.

Senator Mushtaq Ahmed led the prayer.
