National Junior E-Kata Championship 2020 commences

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Karate Federation (PKF) has initiated the online activity under SOPs by organizing the National Junior E-Kata Championship 2020.

Keeping in view the dangerous Covid-19 pandemic, which has rocked the whole world, Pakistan Karate Federation (PKF) is organizing the National Junior E-Kata Championship 2020.

Pakistan Karate Federation has initiated this online activity under SOPs issued by Pakistan Sports Board in light of World Karate Federation' directives.

An e-Championship among national junior karate players will be organized, through which players will prepare for future events. Coaches and officials will provide online coaching to national players.

In the first phase of the championship under-16 players are participating, which commenced on 16th December. Coaches and officials will be engaged in the process of scoring and evaluation.

Athletes will record their kata as per the video recording guidelines prepared by the Referee Commission whereas judges will score by viewing the videos at an online platform created by the organising committee.
