ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Afghanistan have discussed ways to enhance bilateral trade and cooperation through ports.
According to press release, the discussion took place in meeting between the Minister for Commerce and Industry of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Nisar Ahmad and Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs Syed Ali Haider Zaidi in Islamabad.
They reaffirmed developing strong ties between the two brotherly countries.
The Afghanistan minister expressed keen interest in utilizing Gwadar Port while Ali Zaidi spoke about Pakistan's desire to access the Central Asian markets via Afghanistan.
