ISLAMABAD:Pakistan has reported 58 coronavirus deaths and 3,308 new positive cases in one day.

According to National Command and Control Center (NCOC), around 3,308 cases of coronavirus were reported while 58 people succumbed to the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 8,361. The total number of confirmed cases reached to 416,499.

As many as 355,012 patients have recovered from the disease while more than 2,436 reported to be in critical condition.

Punjab

After sharp increase in the cases, the number of patients swelled to 122,955 in the province. The province reported 3,162 coronavirus. causalities.

Sindh

The cases of infection have surged to 182,473 in the province, the most affected region in Pakistan. The death toll has reached to 3,011 in the province.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

The confirmed cases have surged to 49,220 in the province while the death toll has surged to 1,404 in KPK.

Balochistan

There are 17,440 confirmed cases while 169 patients died of the infection so far.

AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan

There are 7,278 coronavirus cases in the AJK while the death toll has reached 177. On the other hand, there are 4,719 cases in GB with 98 coronavirus deaths.

Islamabad

There are 32,414 cases in the capital city while 340 people have lost their lives.
