PSX witnesses bullish trend on Friday

KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange was bullish today (Friday).

The KSE-100 Index closed today at 43788.08 points as compared to 42779.76 points on the last working day with a positive change of 1008.32 points.

The total turnover was 442,561,882 as compared to 406,100,880 on the last working day with Unity Foods Limited having the highest turnover of 88,257,772.

Total 412 companies’ transacted shares in the Stock Market today, out of which 321 recorded gains and 74 sustained losses whereas the share price of 17 companies remained unchanged.

Wyeth Pakistan Limited recorded the maximum increase in its share price, which was 70.12 rupees while Rafhan Maize recorded a maximum decrease that was 200.00 rupees.
