ISLAMABAD: Minister for Railways Azam Khan Swati has stressed the need of electoral reforms for country's betterment.
Addressing a news conference along with newly elected Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani in Islamabad on Sunday, he said electoral procedure should be made easier to bring transparency in elections.
Appreciating the positive role of Sadiq Sanjrani as Chairman Senate, he expressed hope that in future Sadiq Sanjrani will help implementing Prime Minister Imran Khan's vision.
The Minister said PDM's sole motive is to protect their personal interests. He said PML-N leader Javed Latif should resign over his condemnable statement.
Speaking on the occasion, Defence Minister Pervez Khattak said that political parties in PDM have betrayed each other and now ironically they are blaming institutions.
