Adviser to the Prime Minister on Finance Shaukat Tarin has assured that legitimate issues faced by the sugar industry would be addressed through mutual cooperation.
He gave the assurance during a meeting with a delegation of Pakistan Sugar Mills Association in Islamabad.
The Advisor urged the Association members to start production of sugar at the earliest to keep the demand and supply in balance.
Members of the delegation assured their full support to ensure availability of sugar at affordable price to the common man.
