Swati vows to make Pakistan Railways profitable in next nine months

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Railways Azam Khan Swati has vowed to make Pakistan Railways profitable in next nine months.

Addressing a news conference today (Friday), he said Pakistan Railways will earn 30 billion rupees through freight trains.

He said Railways and Frontier Works Organization will work together to make the organization efficient.

The Minister said strengthening railways is imperative for overall economic development of the country.
