BAHAWALPUR: Three-day Bahawalpur Literary and Cultural Festival will start from Wednesday next at Islamia University, Bahawalpur.
Vice Chancellor of the University Eng Prof Dr Athar Mahboob told Radio Pakistan correspondent Sajjad Parvez that famous poets, writers, intellectuals, broadcaster, narrators, and singers will participate in the Festival.
Seminars, Sufi Night, Speech Competition, music Concerts, Book and Documentary Film launching ceremonies, exhibition of Art and Painting, Floral Displays, Pet Show and other events will be part of the festival.
He said the festival aims at providing positive recreational opportunity to the people.
