Govt ready for dialogue with opposition except corrupts’ accountability: Shibli

ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Senator Shibli Faraz has said that the government is ready to hold dialogue with the opposition parties on every important national issues, but will not make any compromise on the matter of accountability of the corrupts.

Talking to a private news channel, he said the opposition is trying to blackmail the government by using different tactics and they using resignations as political stunt, but will not serious in its purpose.

Shibli Faraz said the government will not come under pressure by opposition's jugglery tactics which it has adopted to get National Reconciliation Ordinance.

He said the opposition has no moral logic to hold public gatherings during the second wave of Coronavirus, which was more lethal as compared to first wave.

Replying to a question, Shibli Faraz said the opposition parties should come in the Parliament as it is the best forum to discuss every national issue.
