Two terrorists killed in Waziristan operation; 3 soldiers martyred
RAWALPINDI: Security forces conducted two separate intelligence based operations (IBOs) on terrorist hideouts in North Waziristan.
Two terrorists including an IED expert were killed in IBOs, said Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) in a statement on Thursday.
During exchange of fire, three soldiers embraced martyrdom.
The martyrs include Sepoy Azaib Ahmed, resident of Karak, Sepoy Zia Ul Islam, resident of Bannu, and Lance Naik Abbass Khan, resident of Distt Orakzai, said military’s media wing.
